Sulphuric Anodizing
- Type II sulphuric anodizing, 0.0003"–0.001", clear, black, blue, and red

Chemical Conversion Coating
- Tank immersion and brush touch-up for rework and post-machining repair
- Class 1A for corrosion protection and paint adhesion with negligible dimensional change
- Class 3 for applications requiring low electrical contact resistance
- 90 in × 54 in × 22 in tank capacity

Hard Anodizing

Laser Engraving
- Permanent laser marking for serialization and traceability
- Part numbers, lot codes, revision identification, barcodes, and data matrix marking

Passivation
- Citric and nitric passivation of stainless steel to ASTM A967
- In-house verification by salt spray and copper sulfate testing
- Removes embedded free iron from machining, fixturing, and handling
