Silk Screening at West-Tech

West-Tech Finishing Inc. provides industrial silk screening for clear, durable part identification and graphics on finished components. Typical applications include part numbers, logos, warning text, operating instructions, control panel legends, symbols, and other customer-specified markings used for identification, assembly, and operation.

Inks and colours are selected according to the substrate, drawing, specification, and application requirements to produce clean, legible markings with consistent colour and placement across repeat and production orders. Customer-supplied artwork is used to reproduce the required text, symbols, or graphics accurately on each component.

Silk screening is typically completed after anodizing, chemical conversion coating, sand blasting, or other required surface finishing. Controlling the sequence helps ensure the marking is applied to the correct finished surface and achieves the required appearance and durability. When multiple West-Tech processes are required, the finishing and marking sequence can be coordinated as part of the same job.

West-Tech can accommodate small precision components, control panels, larger assemblies, and other industrial parts, with no maximum part size specified for silk screening. Standard lead time is typically 4 to 5 business days, with expedited service available when production schedules require faster turnaround.

For an accurate quote, include the substrate, part dimensions, quantity, artwork, required ink colour, marking location, applicable specification, and any surface finishing requirements with your RFQ.
