Sulphuric Anodizing at West-Tech

West-Tech Finishing Inc. provides Type II sulphuric anodizing for aluminum components that require improved corrosion resistance, surface durability, electrical insulation, or a consistent decorative finish. The process converts the aluminum surface into an integrated oxide layer that will not chip or peel like an applied coating and can also provide an effective base for dyes, paints, and adhesives.

We offer Type II anodizing in clear, black, blue, and red, with coating thicknesses from 0.0003" to 0.001". Processing is controlled through West-Tech's computerized anodizing line to help maintain repeatable results across prototypes, repeat orders, and production quantities. Our Nadcap accreditation and AS9100 Rev D and ISO 9001:2015 registered quality systems provide additional confidence for customers working to demanding aerospace, defence, and industrial requirements.

With anodizing tanks measuring 11.5 ft × 5.4 ft × 2.5 ft, West-Tech can accommodate large components, long extrusions, complex geometries, and production quantities. Standard lead time is typically 4 to 5 business days, with expedited service available for more urgent production requirements.

For an accurate quote, include the aluminum alloy, specification, required thickness, colour, masking requirements, critical tolerances, part dimensions, and quantity with your RFQ.
